Kevonne De’Monte Turner, a 19-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 3, 2015, in Newport News. Turner was found with at least one gunshot wound in the 3600 block of Madison Avenue, where he succumbed to his injuries.
