Vernon Huff

On the evening of October 30, 2015, the life of 43-year-old Vernon Huff, a Black male, came to a tragic and violent end. Law enforcement officials in Caroline, VA, responded to a report of a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 95. Upon their arrival at the scene, they discovered Huff inside the crashed vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
