Death by Force

Vernon Huff, a 43-year-old resident of Caroline, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Huff's pickup truck crashed and overturned at the 102-mile marker on Interstate 95 in Caroline County. Upon investigation, it was discovered that Huff had been fatally shot before the crash.
