In the quiet town of Parksley, Virginia, the morning of April 18, 2024, was shattered by violence. Just before 8:30 a.m., the Accomack County Sheriff's Office received a distressing call about a man found with a gunshot wound to the head on Dennis Drive. When deputies arrived at the scene, they discovered the unresponsive body of 52-year-old Kevin Thomas Boggs, a resident of Parksley.
