On April 18, 2024, at approximately 8:26 a.m., the Accomack County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a male suffering from a gunshot wound to the head in the 25000 block of Dennis Drive in Parksley, Virginia. Upon arrival, deputies discovered 52-year-old Kevin Thomas Boggs unresponsive; he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
