Douglas Ceasa Wheeler, aged 54, from Pamplin, VA, tragically lost his life on November 26, 2015. The incident occurred on Thanksgiving Day when Wheeler was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier north on Height School Road. During the drive, the vehicle veered off the right side of the road and struck a fence.
