Cedric Towe, a 21-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, was tragically killed on November 28, 2015. Cedric, who was known for his hard work and love for fashion, was lured to his death by someone posing as a woman named "Kia" on Facebook. On the night of his death, Cedric was dropped off by his father, Charles Towe, at a location where he believed he was meeting "Kia."
