In the early hours of March 7, 2016, a violent encounter in the parking lot of the Town and Country Apartment Complex on Armfield Road in South Richmond claimed the life of 34-year-old Clemente Jimenez-Lopez. Initially, there was some confusion regarding his identity, as he was found with a fake ID, but he was later correctly identified. Jimenez-Lopez, a Hispanic male, was with two other men when they were confronted by a group of assailants who demanded their belongings.
