On a warm summer evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 21-year-old Isaac Rodriguez was tragically cut short. On August 9, 2021, at approximately 9:25 p.m., police were called to the 4100 block of Richmond Highway for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Isaac Rodriguez suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Isaac, a graduate of Meadowbrook High School, was known by his family as a caring man who worked for a trucking company and often looked after his mother.
