Casey Kayser, a 20-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost her life on April 20, 2016, following a violent incident that occurred on April 18, 2016. Casey and 33-year-old Jeffrey Stallings were found with gunshot wounds in the 5400 block of Ashby Street in Norfolk. Both victims were transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Unfortunately, Stallings was pronounced dead upon arrival, and Casey succumbed to her injuries two days later.
