On September 3, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Norfolk, Virginia, resulting in the death of 24-year-old Precious L. McClendon. The shooting took place in the early hours of the morning on Church Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found McClendon fatally shot. She was pronounced dead at the location.
