On a spring evening in Hampton, Virginia, the life of 20-year-old Raheem O'Qwan Johnson was tragically cut short. On May 9, 2016, at approximately 7:45 PM, Johnson was with two friends in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at 104 Golden Gate Drive when gunfire erupted.
