Niguel Amar Russell, an 18-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2021. The incident occurred in the first block of Triple Crown Court, where Russell was walking down the street when he was shot by a passing vehicle. Emergency dispatchers received a call about the shooting shortly after 5 p.m., and upon arrival, officers found Russell had been fatally injured. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
