Teresa Hunter, a 28-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost her life on June 24, 2016. Teresa was born on April 27, 1988, in Portsmouth and raised in Norfolk. She was a graduate of Granby High School and had a passion for basketball. Teresa pursued higher education at Shaw University and Tidewater Community College, where she earned her Associate of Science Degree in December 2015.
