On a summer afternoon in Hampton, Virginia, the life of 34-year-old Gregory Delrio Whitlow was tragically cut short. On July 4, 2016, at approximately 2:25 p.m., police responded to calls of a shooting in the 100 block of West Mercury Boulevard.
