Gregory Delrio Whitlow, aged 34, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2016, in Hampton, Virginia. His death occurred outside a Happy Shopper convenience store on Mercury Boulevard. Whitlow was shot once in the back of the head and once in the torso, leading to his untimely demise. The incident took place in the afternoon, and he was pronounced dead less than 20 minutes after police arrived at the scene.
