Rolf Marshall, a 75-year-old resident of Alexandria, Virginia, passed away unexpectedly on October 5, 2016. Marshall, a retired Navy officer and maritime lawyer, was found with trauma to his upper body at his home on Duke Street. The Alexandria Police responded to a report of an assault and discovered Marshall in critical condition. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
