In the early morning hours of October 5, 2016, the life of 33-year-old Donta M. Lamb was tragically cut short in Norfolk, Virginia. Police responded to calls of a gunshot victim around 4:20 a.m. at the intersection of W. 29th Street and Gosnold Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Lamb suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
