Christopher Jon Miller, aged 50, tragically lost his life on December 17, 2016, in Staunton, Virginia. The incident occurred at the home of his fiancée, where Miller was shot to death around 9:15 p.m. The Augusta County Sheriff's Office identified the suspect as Christopher Luke Simmons, a 36-year-old resident of Staunton.
