In the winter of 2017, the life of 36-year-old Lamont Cornelius Baldwin, a Black male, was abruptly ended in Richmond, Virginia. On the evening of January 18th, Henrico Police and Fire departments received a call about a shooting and were dispatched to the 1200 block of Dominion Townes Terrace. Upon their arrival at approximately 8:30 p.m., they discovered Baldwin suffering from gunshot wounds.
