Lamont Cornelius Baldwin, aged 36, tragically lost his life on January 18, 2017, in Richmond, Virginia. On that evening, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Henrico Police and Fire responded to a shooting incident in the 1200 block of Dominion Townes Terrace. Upon arrival, officers found Baldwin suffering from gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
