Mikkaisha D. Smoot, a 16-year-old from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost her life on March 31, 2017, following a shooting incident that occurred on March 29, 2017. Mikkaisha and another teenager, Taliek K. Brown, 15, were found with life-threatening injuries after a triple shooting in the early morning hours in Mosby Court, a neighborhood in Richmond.
