Simeon Saplan Lim, aged 54, was found dead on April 24, 2017, in Woodbridge, Virginia. The tragic incident occurred in an apartment located in the 3500 block of Sherbrooke Circle. Authorities were alerted to the scene around 11:30 p.m. due to reports of a fire. Upon extinguishing the fire and searching the apartment, firefighters discovered Lim's body. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and his body was subsequently transported to the medical examiner's office for further examination.
