Rosalee Parker-Batten, a 61-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, was tragically found shot to death on May 11, 2017. The Newport News Police Department responded to a call for a well-being check at her home on Wickham Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered Rosalee Parker-Batten with multiple gunshot wounds.
