Jaquan A. Harris, a 25-year-old father of two, tragically lost his life on May 16, 2017, in a shooting incident at the Lofts at Commerce apartment complex in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred around 11:00 p.m. in the hallway of the fourth floor of the secure-entry building where Harris lived.
