On a summer evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 25-year-old Quentin Robinson, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On June 10, 2018, Richmond Police officers were attending to an unrelated call in the Washington Park area, near the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue, when the sound of gunshots pierced the night air. Responding to the gunfire, they discovered a grim scene.
