Asia Serria Munden-Ferrell, an 18-year-old from Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost her life on July 23, 2017. The incident occurred early in the morning in the 100 block of Lassiter Drive. According to reports, a dark-colored sedan was traveling on Lassiter Drive when its occupants fired shots towards the apartments.
