In the early morning hours of July 23, 2017, the life of 18-year-old Asia Serria Munden-Ferrell was tragically cut short in Hampton, Virginia. An African American female, Munden-Ferrell was outside an apartment complex in the 100 block of Lassiter Drive when a dark-colored sedan drove by. Occupants of the vehicle began firing shots towards the apartments.
