In the afternoon of February 20, 2018, the life of 23-year-old Devin Qwayshon Bowles was tragically cut short by gunfire in Newport News, Virginia. The shooting occurred shortly before 3:00 p.m. in the 800 block of Lassiter Drive, at the Lassiter Courts apartment complex.
