Stephen D. White, a 23-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 17, 2020. On that fateful night, Newport News Police responded to a call around 11:40 p.m. in the 600 block of 25th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Stephen D. White deceased at the scene, the victim of a fatal shooting. Surveillance footage from the area showed three unknown individuals fleeing the scene shortly after the shooting.
