On June 6, 2018, the tragic deaths of two-year-old Jovani Ligurgo and his father, 43-year-old John Ligurgo III, shocked the quiet community of Raphine, Virginia. The bodies of Jovani and his father were discovered inside a burned vehicle in the backyard of a home on Raphine Road.
