Kentroyia Fletcher, a 19-year-old from Fredericksburg, Virginia, tragically lost her life on August 8, 2018. She was shot at the McDonald's located in Central Park, Fredericksburg. The incident occurred around 2:07 p.m. when the Fredericksburg Police E-911 Communications Center received a call reporting shots fired at the location.
