Pamela Turella, aged 76, tragically lost her life on October 30, 2020, in a harrowing incident at the Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center in Fredericksburg, VA. Pamela was a patient at the hospital when her husband, Alexander Turella, aged 80, entered her room and fatally shot her before taking his own life. The incident occurred around 9:15 a.m. and was immediately reported by medical personnel who heard the gunshots.
