On October 15, 2018, Jacoby Austin Behny, a 20-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, was tragically shot multiple times in the 2100 block of Kecoughtan Road. The incident occurred around 8:40 p.m., and officers arrived at the scene to find Behny suffering from several gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, including the application of a tourniquet and transportation to the hospital, Behny succumbed to his injuries the following day.
