In the early morning hours of November 4, 2018, the life of 33-year-old Don Corrie Parham was tragically cut short in Portsmouth, Virginia. Parham, a male resident of the city, was discovered by police around 1:30 a.m. in the 3100 block of Brighton Street, suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. Despite the prompt response from law enforcement, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Portsmouth Police Department immediately launched a homicide investigation into Parham's death.
