Don Corrie Parham, a 33-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on November 4, 2018. The Portsmouth Police Department responded to a call around 1:30 a.m. regarding a man who had been shot in the upper body in the 3100 block of Brighton Street.
