Soren Arn-Oelschlegel, a 41-year-old real estate agent from Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 8, 2021, in a murder-suicide incident. The incident occurred when Arn-Oelschlegel went to assist 84-year-old Albert Baglione, who had recently purchased a home in Portsmouth sight unseen from Alabama. Baglione was reportedly unhappy with his purchase and had called Arn-Oelschlegel to discuss returning the house.
