Dominique Rashawn James, a 24-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, was tragically found dead on January 8, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when emergency communications received a call about a possible stolen vehicle in the area of Duluth Court and Juanita Drive.
