Chiquita Monique Giles, aged 34, tragically lost her life on March 16, 2019, in Portsmouth, Virginia. She was born on January 9, 1985, and was a beloved member of her community, known for her work as a Food Services Worker with Portsmouth Public Schools. On the fateful day, Chiquita and her stepfather, Wilbur Giles, were found shot to death in their apartment on Gateway Drive.
