In the summer of 2025, the life of 43-year-old Alice Otealia Watson was tragically cut short in a burst of violence on a Wednesday evening in Portsmouth, Virginia. On June 18th, just after 5:15 p.m., police were called to the 2100 block of Elm Avenue where they discovered two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
