On October 15, 2019, Vicki Thomas, aged 48, was found dead in her home in Chesapeake, Virginia. The Chesapeake Police Department responded to a call about an injured person at a residence on Rutgers Avenue around 2 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Vicki Thomas with apparent gunshot wounds.
