On the evening of Wednesday, December 11, 2019, the life of 22-year-old Zaquan Chauncey Jones, a male resident of Petersburg, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Responding to reports of a shooting, police discovered Jones in the hallway of an apartment building with gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to Southside Regional Medical Center, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
