Za'Quan Chauncey Jones, a 22-year-old resident of Petersburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 11, 2019. Za'Quan, affectionately known as "Quan," was a beloved son, father, and friend. He was known for his protective nature and dedication to his family. On the night of his death, Za'Quan was found with gunshot wounds at the Summit Pointe Apartments in Petersburg. He was transported to Southside Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
