In the early evening hours of a Tuesday in Norfolk, Virginia, the life of 48-year-old Terry A. Hendricks was tragically cut short. On February 4, 2020, dispatchers received a call reporting a gunshot disturbance in the 300 block of Reilly Street. When police officers arrived at the scene around 7:00 p.m., they found Hendricks suffering from a gunshot wound.
