Donovan A. Green Jr., a 21-year-old from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting on June 28, 2020, in Arlington, Virginia. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on Columbia Pike, where Green was found with multiple gunshot wounds inside his vehicle.
