On June 17, 1974, Joseph Gwiazdowski, a taxicab driver for the Diamond Cab Company, was found murdered in Arlington, Virginia. He was discovered inside his cab, having been shot multiple times. Investigators believe that the suspect might have called for a ride from a payphone outside of an establishment known as Steve’s Restaurant.
