On a tragic Fourth of July evening in 2020, a road rage incident in Spotsylvania, Virginia, escalated into a fatal encounter that claimed the life of 38-year-old Joe Swick and his brother, Fred Swick. The two brothers were found deceased in their vehicle in the middle of Fox Run Drive after the altercation.
