In the summer of 2020, a young man's life was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in a fast-food restaurant's parking lot in Richmond, Virginia. Jaquan Dixon, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on the evening of July 20, 2020, outside a McDonald's on Forest Hill Avenue.
