Joel Anthony Davis Jr., aged 40, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2020, in Newport News, Virginia. The incident occurred in the 300 block of 73rd Street, where Newport News Police responded to reports of gunshots just before 8 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Davis with fatal gunshot wounds.
