On a Tuesday evening in May of 2021, the lives of two young people were tragically cut short. In an apartment on Quarter Creek Lane in Henrico County, Virginia, 18-year-old Aureon R. Evans of Richmond and 19-year-old Antoine M. Hill, Jr., of Henrico were discovered deceased. The grim finding was made after the Henrico Fire Division responded to reports of water flooding apartments in the three-story building just after 6:00 p.m. on May 11th.
