In the late hours of June 23, 2021, the life of 27-year-old DeQuan Lamont Major was tragically cut short in Newport News, Virginia. Known affectionately as 'Major' or 'Quan' to his loved ones, he was a father to two sons, Morian and Magic. DeQuan had built a life centered around helping others, earning certifications as a Direct Care Staff, Personal Care Assistant, and Registered Medication Technician.
