Hakeem Kwantez Logan, a 29-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia, tragically lost his life on the night of September 4, 2021. Logan was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound in the 300 block of Harrison Avenue NW around 11:30 p.m. Despite the prompt arrival of Roanoke Fire-EMS, Logan was pronounced dead at the scene.
