In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Norfolk, Virginia, tragedy began to unfold for Michael Robert Corbin, a 35-year-old man. On September 8, 2021, at approximately 10:50 p.m., police were dispatched to a residence in the 2500 block of Wyoming Avenue following a report of a gunshot victim. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Corbin suffering from a significant gunshot wound.
