In the early evening of October 12, 2021, a fatal encounter unfolded on a street in Henrico County, Virginia, that would end the life of 51-year-old Hassan Dixon. Dixon, a male, was inside his sedan near the intersection of Parkview Avenue and East Laburnum Avenue when he was approached by a man on a bicycle. An interaction between the two men escalated, resulting in shots being fired into Dixon's vehicle.
