In the late hours of a Friday night in Blacksburg, Virginia, tragedy struck at the Melody Hookah Lounge, forever altering the lives of many. On February 4, 2022, Isiah Oshay Robinson, an 18-year-old male, was fatally shot in an act of violence that also left four other individuals wounded.
