William A. Dungee Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Roanoke police responded to a report of an unresponsive man lying in the roadway on Ferncliff Avenue NW.
