Arnez Azmir Kirtley, a 21-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia, tragically passed away on February 12, 2022. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred on Jefferson Street in Southwest Roanoke. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found Kirtley inside a home with critical injuries from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
